The mission of this role is managing the store and monitor that cashiers provide Remittance Services products of the highest standard to all Customers during the time on duty. Acquisition of new customers, educating customers on use of remittance product, acceptance of payments in cash into the Smart Safes at the branch as directed by line management and to protect Company assets.

**Store Organization, Controls and Compliance**
- Acceptance of cash payments and the balancing of day-end payments made at the store quickly and without mistakes.
- Supervise that counter positions are ready at all times when on duty to serve Customers.
- Management of the opening and closing times of the store
- Responsible for the store internal and external appearance and organization.
- Being responsible for the all consumable items at the store and comply with Quality Standards (including internal and external appearance and organization of the office).
- Monitor cashier´s performance.
- Check daily reports and perform the necessary administrative tasks: timetables, store balances.
- Carry out spot checks to cashiers under dual control.
- Ensure that the Company established procedures to accomplish regulations, AML and Security in the Work Place are implemented at all times.
- Keep cahiers updated on any applicable information.

**Customer´s Service**
- Communicate with Customers and colleagues with speed, accuracy and tact and ensure that cashiers also do.
- Ensure all product knowledge is kept up to date and ensuring cashiers are equally as knowledgeable

**Business orientation**
- Monitor the store revenues and encourage cashiers to achieve goals.
- Monitor competitor's rates.
- Organize and participate in the “hot spots visits”.
- Organize and participate in events to promote our brand.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 -3 years of experience in retail operations positions.
- Deep knowledge of the money transfer business.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
- Good command of Microsoft excel.
- Administrative and accountant skills.
- Commercial focused.
- Customer Service Oriented
