**The Role**

We are currently looking for a client-centric, motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive to join our Customer Success team in Cape Town, South Africa. You will be responsible for managing your own assigned client accounts and have communication skills and customer service experience to provide support with a proactive and solution-orientated service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with your clients regularly to provide support and assistance with any queries
- Proactively reviewing your clients’ accounts to ensure that they are utilising all aspects effectively and achieving the best results
- Utilise recruitment data to provide clients with individualised feedback on market trends and their account performance
- Providing personalised training sessions for client onboarding and ongoing refreshers
- Working collaboratively with other departments including our sales team to improve client experience and retention

**Requirements**:

- Essential:_
- Previous customer service experience in a professional, fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of working towards targets or deadlines
- A positive attitude with the ability to have engaging conversations and to communicate with empathy, integrity and confidence
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to increase business revenue
- Excellent written or verbal communication skills, with an exceptional telephone manner
- Demonstrable interpersonal skills, including active listening
- Able to multi-task effectively with a high level of attention to detail
- IT literate, including MS office with the ability to navigate multiple systems competently, with ease
- Education level - minimum Matric Grade 12

- Experience working with the UK or US market
