We have a great opportunity for an entry-level Marketing Coordinator. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with a passion for marketing and branding to kickstart their career and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**Role overview**:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting both internal and external marketing activities. This position offers an opportunity to assist in various tasks related to information coordination, sales support, event coordination, digital media activities, web development, design guidance, and more. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure the effective implementation of branding strategies and the maintenance of brand consistency across all channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist brand manager in coordinating information flow across departments to align

with strategic objectives.
- Support the flow of info to create sales support materials and marketing collateral.
- Aid in gathering engaging content for internal communication channels.
- Support the coordination of brand events and exhibitions, both internally and

externally.
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure flow of correct information

and sign off.
- Coordinate tasks relate to the issuance of certificates and production and

distribution of corporate clothing for branding events.
- Assist in executing kick-off events and other internal celebrations.
- Grade 12
- Diploma in Marketing, Event Coordination, or Project Coordination will be an advantage)
- Entry-level experience working with customers, planning, and organising of events, marketing, and project coordination.
- Entry-level experience working in Excel, MS word, PowerPoint,
- Must have done some basic informal design.

**The successful incumbent will have the following skillsets**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A good eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Junior project management and coordination abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards.
- Basic knowledge of design software is a plus.
