**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To ensure that all reservations are recorded following established procedures with full and clear information and that they are input accurately and promptly onto the system
- To maximize revenue by converting enquiries, recognising business prospects and taking every opportunity to upsell, including promoting premium bookings
- To liaise with all departments to ensure the best service is provided to our customers
- To create daily floor sheets detailing reservations
- Invoicing, bill
- backs and following up on payments due
- To ensure that all your work meets company standards and is according to training given: all function paperwork must be accurate and complete, including menu requirements, booking supplements and payment details
- Assist with the planning of all marketing event requests
- Respond to all function enquiries
- Attend to client Site Inspections
- Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
- Plan and execute all client function requests
- Prepare quotes and invoices
- Conduct pre
- and post - event evaluations and report on outcomes
- Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience as in events a must
- Relevant related qualification
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Ability to work well under pressure
- MS Office proficiency
