**Job title-Project Manager**

**Job Summary**

A Project Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control, and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization. Project Managers plan and designate project resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. Make sure the project plan is sound, report regularly on its progress and monitor it to ensure that its execution stays within the approved budget and schedule.

**Essential Functions**:
The Project Manager are, but not limited to:

- Collaborate with labourers, operators, and clients/builders to determine the specifications of the project.
- Ensure necessary permits and licenses from appropriate authorities are granted for each project
- Determine required resources (labour, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention budgetary limitations.
- Plan all demolition operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met.
- Asset management
- Time sheets management
- Acquire equipment and material to timely handle inadequacies.
- Supervise the work of laborers, operators, etc.
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports as required.

- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues to the office.
- Ensure completion of the project to Sakhile Ezweni Group standards and create end-of-job reports.
- Ensure staff are trained and toolbox meetings are completed.
- Complete site inductions with each employee by completing a mandatory site walkthrough on commencement of each project, to ensure staff are aware of surrounding and temporary structures.
- Work on other special projects and assignments as required.
- Meet targeted expectations of eviction of unlawful and illegal occupants from the land within forty-eight hours.

**Minimum Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma in Security Management with Psira Grade A
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience is a **MUST.**:

- Project Management Experience in **Demolition and Relocation **is a **MUST**:

- Reaction Certificate is a **Must**:

- Geographic knowledge of Gauteng Region is a **MUST**:

- Crowd Management certificate will be added advantage.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Geographic knowledge of Gauteng Region is a **MUST**:

- Act very quick and execute projects within 48hours.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope
