**Key Job Deliverables**:
The management of inventory and working capital in the business, using tools and concepts such as ERP, MRP, MPS and S&OP planning. All of this is required to co-ordinate and meet the timeously delivery of finished goods to customers.

**What will you do?**
**Role and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Forecasting, MPS planning and inventory management: Predict the future like a wizard—except instead of crystal balls, you’ll use our ERP system, Excel and a touch of intuition.
- Sales and Operational planning: Coordinate the delicate dance of inventory, demand, and procurement. Imagine Swan Lake, but with spreadsheets and less tutus.
- Working Capital management: Balance working capital with business requirements and the occasional office braai. Because nothing says “profit margin” like boerewors.
- Cross-Functional team management: Tightrope Walking: Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, Engineering and operations. If you can juggle their egos, you’re hired
- ERP: The set up and continual management of the planning via the business ERP system.
- Risk Management: Identify risks faster than a cat spotting a cucumber and steer us away from danger.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum tertiary qualification in Engineering, BCom and supply chain
- Understanding of ERP systems and ERP master data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written).
- Good organizational, time management and planning skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- 3-5 years’ experience preferable.
- A sense of humour-because life is too short to take supply chain disruptions seriously.
