Junior Graphic Designer

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer who’s passionate about branding, visual communication, and digital storytelling. You’ll support sales and marketing by producing compelling visuals that enhance our presence and strengthen our message of innovation and sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain the visual identity of Timmdek across all platforms print, online, and on-site—ensuring brand tone, fonts, and color palette are on-point.
- **Content Collaboration**:Partner with marketing and sales to transform ideas and key messages into visually compelling content.
- **Product Info Updates**: Keep up to date with new product lines, brand changes, and seasonal campaigns to ensure visuals are accurate and current.
- **Asset Management**:Organise and manage digital files, product photography, and design resources to maintain a clean and shareable library.
- **Feedback & Revisions**: Take direction from design staff; incorporate feedback and ensure timely revisions and approvals.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor asset performance—such as engagement on social media, inform design strategy and improvements.

**Skills & Experience**
- 1-2 years' experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
- A keen eye for detail and consistency in branding.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Confident, creative mindset with a willingness to learn and take direction.
- Diploma/degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and willingness to occasionally travel within the Johannesburg/Roodepoort trade area.
- Valid license and reliable vehicle (preferred)
