The company participates in various expos, shows, and brand awareness campaigns on and off site as well as online.

**Position Summary**

Dynamic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in social media management in the yellow metal and block machine industries. Adept at creating and executing social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive lead generation. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to effectively promote our products and services in a niche market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to the yellow metal and block machine industries.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and industry-specific forums.
- Create engaging content including posts, graphics, videos, and stories that align with marketing objectives.
- Content includes the writing of editorials
- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement metrics, and industry conversations to refine strategies.
- Meet required lead generation targets and deadlines
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Coordinate the production of content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, and tailored to the target audience.
- Adhere to corporate identity
- Assist dealer network with the above and managing / overseeing and monitoring platforms used to promote company products
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, events, and promotions.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Coordinate with advertising partners and agencies as and when necessary.
- Must have Google Ads experience
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Analyse social media performance metrics and provide reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing and promoting industry events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Create promotional materials and manage event-related social media activities.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive community around the brand through proactive engagement and relationship building.
- Customer satisfaction surveys in collaboration with sales teams
- Lead distribution through prescribed procedures
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Lead reports and status updates
- Dealer network reports on branding processes and status updates

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Matric and relevant higher education qualification
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the yellow metal, block machine, or related industrial sectors.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling content and visuals.
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing.
- Knowledge of industry-specific trends and audience behaviours is a plus.
- Basic wed development and / or graphic design experience advantageous
