**The French South African Tech Labs is an incubator and accelerator for French and South African tech start-ups.**

**FSAT labs is a non-profit organization that receives financial support from Methys, The French Embassy and Seda to support aspiring entrepreneurs in the development of their business ideas, establishment of the businesses, and the growth towards sustainability of these businesses.**

**The FSAT Labs' program is dedicated to digital innovation. We empower entrepreneurs with special focus on black South African entrepreneurs and connect them to our local network and to the international French Tech ecosystem.**

**About the Role**
- **Manage the incubation program that helps founders transition from their early stage concepts or first release products to obtaining product-market-fit, raise funding for scale and start executing their scale plan**
- **Support FSAT Labs soft landing designing and Support startups and small businesses from Europe that would like to expand their operations to South Africa.**
- **Play a role in the development of the various programs.**
- **Manage the execution of the start, launch and grow programs.**
- **Schedule and run meetings with start-ups.**
- **Support the Centre Manager**
- **Drive participation in various programs.**
- **Provide feedback from participants to the program development team.**
- **Execute the various reporting requirements as required by the partner and stakeholders.**
- **We are looking for a driven individual that has experience in the following areas**:

- **Must have a qualification in Entrepreneurship and Project Management (Degree)**
- **Past founder/entrepreneur experience (or experience working in operations of a startup)**
- **Good understanding of Lean startup principles, business model canvas, design thinking methodologies.**
- **Comfortable speaking and engaging with partners/stakeholders - confident in public speaking.**
- **Technically equipped to set up and manage an online learner management system.**
- **Good project management skills.**
- **You will report directly to the CEO of FSAT Labs.
