**Sales Coordinator**:
Our client, a leading distributor of value-added cable and networking systems, is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator. This role involves the promotion and sale of the company's products, where a strong technical understanding is essential. The sales Coordinator will be responsible for planning, prioritising, and executing sales activities to support and achieve the company’s strategic goals.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric Certificate.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing or sales would be beneficial.
- 2-5 years of sales experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Background in ICT with sound technical knowledge.
- Strong verbal and written communication skill.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing product information, service support, and personalised guidance.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer and internal communications, including follow-ups on quotations and requests.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales plans to expand the customer base and drive business growth.
- Identify high-potential prospects to focus targeted sales efforts and increase conversion rates.
- Manage pricing strategies to support the achievement of company margin and profitability goals.
- Monitor customer buying patterns and report trends or insights to the Sales Manager for strategic action.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and other documentation as required by company management.
