Assistant Restaurant Manager

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Directors to oversee all FOH activities, lead a motivated service team, and maintain the elevated dining standards the restaurant is known for. This role is ideal for a dynamic, service-driven individual with strong leadership qualities and a passion for high-end hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure a smooth and professional service flow
- Supervise, guide, and develop FOH staff
- Manage reservations, seating, and guest flow efficiently
- Deliver exceptional guest service and handle queries or complaints professionally
- Assist with stock control, cash-ups, and general administration
- Uphold service standards, hygiene protocols, and brand consistency
- Provide staff training and performance support
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and management team
- Maintain a welcoming, well-organised dining environment
**Salary**: R15 000 per month
