In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right products that meet their needs, providing information about current promotions and discounts, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining product knowledge, monitoring sales trends, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
Provide product information, promotions, and discounts to customers
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales opportunities
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Required
NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends
Willing to relocate
Willing to travel
