- Operational Support is responsible for all administrative matters regarding the vehicle, cargo and driver.
- Monitoring of vehicle speed on Mix telematics program.
- Drivers driving over the speed limit, must be contacted and informed immediately.
- Report speed defects to Emile Weber.
- Provide diesel order to trucks.
- Monitoring of high risk loads as per the Operations Department.
- Monitor that vehicles uses authorized routes.
- Monitor that vehicles rest at authorized stop points.
- Monitor and action of all emergency signals received from vehicles.
- Pre-trip briefing for all high-risk loads.
- Make sure all Telematics are in working order.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Grade 12
- At least 3+ years’ experience in a logistics company
