**Job Purpose**
- To partner with business in optimising its human capital to deliver business strategic objectives through alignment with Nedbank Human Resources practices and processes**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure strategic partnership between HR and business by aligning HR objectives with business strategy and objectives
- Participate in the development of the business unit business plan through alignment of HR strategy with the overall business strategy
- Understand and address business needs by providing and delivering solutions relating to human capital
- Ensure adherence to all HR policies, processes, procedures and legislation regarding the full HR value chain (Recruitment and selection, Remuneration, On boarding, Performance management, Reward and Recognition, Transformation, Employee Relations, Culture, Employee Wellbeing, and Exiting / Off boarding)
- Develop collaborative and professional relationships and networks with all necessary stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of professional HR solutions across the entire
- HR value chain within stipulated Service Level Agreements (SLA) or timeframes
- Minimise People Risk through adherence to internal processes, policies and procedures
- Review HR work methods, processes and systems for continuous improvement
- Ensure that the right HR information is provided to stakeholders in the right way and at the right time through stakeholder engagement, meetings and feedback sessions.
- Perform end to end recruitment process and resolve queries related hereto
- Support HRBP and the Business on the full spectrum of the HR function on and not limited to the below:

- Performance management process
- Employee engagement
- Succession planning
- Recognition
- And analytics

**Essential Qualifications**
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

**Preferred Qualification**
- Relevant HR Honours Degree

**Minimum Experience Level**
- 1-2 years office administration experience, preferably in an HR support role
- Experience working in the Banking fraternity.
