**Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent - Operations Management, Information Security, Computer Programming/Sciences, or related field required
- 8+ years’ experience in MIS / Data management, from which 3+ years’ experience must be supervising employees
- Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
- Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
- High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
- Good understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
- High-level written and verbal communication skill as well as integrity.
**Job Role & Responsibilities**:
- Oversee, manage and training of all data and MIS functions within the organisation.
- Responsible for creating plans for the use of telecommunications integration with existing information systems.
- Responsible for the consistent deployment and configuration of systems as part of the development and deployment life cycle.
- Work closely with the business process improvement team to focus on driving operational excellence, as well as continuous improvement of user experience, configuration, and deployment processes and procedures.
- Collect, store and process data across the business.
- The incumbent will require technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, then process, design, and present it in ways to help people, businesses, and organizations make better decisions.
- Thorough understanding of networking systems
- Ability to accept challenges and tackle difficult situations and meet the expected goals
- Focused on best practices and models that are used in the industry and can be helpful in meeting the expectations of the employees
- Good project management skills and ability to pay attention towards the qualitative and quantitative aspects
- Experienced in managing information systems projects
- Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire.
- Strong leadership abilities and good time management skills.
