Ensure shift scheduled are confirmed planned and communicated to the relevant supervisor per shift
- Ensure shift planning is in line with client requirements as per shift schedule
- Ensure that staff hours are in line with the contractual agreement and all overtime hours are managed and authorized
- Ensure site compliance
- PPE compliance
- Occupational health and safety standards of the site are adhered to
- Time and attendance are managed
- Operational compliance
- Daily spot checks in
- Scanning and checking of line items
- Quality checks are audited to ensure adherence to SOP standards
- Daily reporting on task scheduled vs achieved
- Implementation and participation in toolbox talks
- Daily inspection and training of all staff
- Investigations are carried out and completed regarding client complaints Weekly
- Site summary reports are compiled accurately and communicated to client
- OHS inspection and audits are completed and communicated to the senior line manager and client
- PPE inspection
- on-site meeting with OHS office of the site
- Submission of dashboards
- Submission of IR and HR reports
- Submission of training and development reports
- Monthly
- Submission of operational reports
- Submission of OHS reports
- Submission of Training and Development Report
- Reconciliation of staff hours
- Submission of Proforma and sign off
- Monthly KPI sign off with client Minimum Qualifications required
- Matric /Grade 12
- Computer literate: MS package
- Minimum 5 years’
- Relevant qualifications for warehouse management as well as Sig Sigma and SHERQ.
- 3 Years retail experience
- JDE,SAP,ORICLA experience

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
