Our portfolio includes UCOOK, Faithful to Nature, and PetHeaven—brands dedicated to being "good for you, good for the planet." **JOB OVERVIEW** **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES** - **Cross-Platform Copywriting**: Develop compelling short-form copy for in-store displays, digital marketing campaigns, branded content, in-app messages, organic and paid social media, and, to a lesser extent, long-form copy in monthly blog posts. - **Brand Storytelling**: Craft stories that elevate customer experience, connect with our products, suppliers, and values, and resonate with our target audience. - **Social Media Content**: Proactively generate original social media content, including captivating captions, Instagram stories, video scripts, and new content ideas. - **Innovative Experimentation**: Constantly seek new ways to surprise, delight, and engage our audience with fresh and innovative copy. - **Voice & Tone**: Adapt to the unique voice, tone, and character of each brand and channel, ensuring consistency and authenticity. **KEY REQUIREMENTS** **Qualification & Experience** - 2-5 years of experience in digital copywriting or social media, preferably in the food, wellness, or direct-to-consumer sectors. - A portfolio showcasing strong brand storytelling, social copy, and campaign work. **Skills & Competencies** **Must Have**: - Passionate about language, with a knack for clever, concise and engaging copy. - Ability to write for multiple brands and channels with a dynamic, flexible voice. - Competency with Google Suite. - Competency with a project management tool is helpful; Click Up is preferable. - A meticulous eye for detail. - Ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment. **Soft Skills**: - Creative and innovative thinker. - Collaborative team player who excels in communication. - Driven by customer insights and business objectives. - Self-starter with a commitment to continuous improvement. - Positive, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
