Coach, drive and lead lean behaviors, principles, and tools across a operational or functional area. Drive cultural transformation resulting in step-change in operational business metrics.
- Provide support to the LTSA parts supply contract
- Ensure full compliance with Company process and procedures
- . LTSA Contract Price adjustment
- Drive daily maintenance/update of the LTSA register for historical and current CPA calculations.
- Review monthly parts billing to confirm the invoices that are LTSA related and highlight the invoices that will be reviewed for CPA applicability.
- Review identified invoice to extract the LTSA commercial information and identify on which pricelist the price was signed.
- Prepare the LTSA calculation sheets for review
- Obtain the corresponding remittances related to invoices.
- Issue calculation to customer for review.
- Review calculation with customer and resolve any queries raised.
- Drive customer approval of contract price adjustments calculations.
- Issue calculation to finance and sales team to continue the process.
- During the process highlight any queries and raise request for resolution from the broader parts team.
- LTSA Batches negotiations
- Review process for management of batches and propose a register to manage the data.
- Report back on the weekly status of batches
- Highlight issue and raise for resolution.

LTSA Pricelist register
- Drive daily maintenance/update of the LTSA pricelist register..
- Report weekly on pricelist issues, approved and loaded onto master Pricelist.
- Converting price list data to excel data list ready for data mining and management.

LTSA Master Pricelist
- Drive daily maintenance/update of the LTSA master price list.
- Report weekly on updates.
- Loading signed pricelist into the master.
- Data maintenance, review/audits of historical information and highlight missing or incorrect information.
- Data maintenance, review of duplicate prices
- Data maintenance, review of current costing vs signed price and highlight movements in cost that impact margin.
- Data maintenance, review of parts that are not part of the go forward parameter.
- Data maintenance, review of parts for being obsolete.
- Preparation of data for potential migration to formal platform.

Support LTSA information resolution requests.
- Receive and review request for any LTSA part information from the parts team and provide feedback in a timely manner.

Desired Requirements:

- Bachelors in Commerce
- Good experience in commercial approximately 2 years
- Specific skills of data sets, i.e. Excel
