**Introduction **
Pepkor Tech is looking for a motivated and self-driven Web Content Administrator to join our dynamic team in the Digital Department. This individual will be required to provide customers with an excellent online shopping experience by enriching product information and images for eCommerce platforms.

**Description**
1. Enrich and prepare products for publication on the eCommerce platform
2. Ensure that images are transformed and optimised for use on the eCommerce platform
3. Deal with customers in a customer centric manner
4. Effective self-management and teamwork

**Minimum requirements**
- Grade 12
- 1 - 2 years relevant Magento experience
- Relevant Retail exposure

**Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., System Software, Web Development, or related).
- Proven experience in web content management or a related role.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and website administration tools.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SEO best practices and tools.
- Graphic design skills or experience with image and video editing tools.
- Familiarity with web analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
- Basic understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) guidelines.
- Certifications in web content management or related fields.
