Site Administrator Required

The Site Administrator will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the physical site, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and all administrative tasks are adhered to. They will handle various tasks, including document control, project coordination, and office management.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Document Control**:
Managing and maintaining all project-related documents, including drawings, records, and reports.
- **Project Coordination**:
Overseeing project schedules, ensuring adherence to regulations, and coordinating with contractors and subcontractors.
- **Office Management**:
Managing office supplies, records, and communications, including scheduling meetings and briefing team members.
- **Stakeholder Management**:
Communicating effectively with project managers, engineers, clients, and other relevant parties.

General Administrative Tasks:

- **Communication**: Responding to inquiries, managing phone calls, and communicating with various departments
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of site activities, including schedules, inventory, and reports.
- **Office Management**: Managing office equipment, supplies, and general administrative tasks. Collating and sending documentation to Head Office.
- **Problem Solving**: Identifying and resolving administrative issues on the site.
- **Collaboration**: Working effectively with other team members, including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Pay: Up to R6 500,00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
