Manager: Medical Requirements who is accountable for all our captured proposal applications, tele

underwriting and claims chase functions.

Your qualifications:

You must have passed grade 12/matric with Maths literacy or NFS achievement level 3.

Your experience:

You must have exceptional telephone skills

Claims administration experience in short- or long-term insurance

Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferable

Your skills and character traits:

You are organised and have administrative skills

You are quality driven

You have the ability to pay attention to detail (accuracy is important)

You have the ability to work effectively with others and contribute to the teams
