TourAxis and Expat Explore are seeking a passionate full-stack cost and pricing analyst (also known as yield manager or revenue manager) who wants to make a transformative impact on the travel industry. As a cost and pricing analyst, you will take control of the revenue and pricing strategy for our brand's confirmed departures, including the optimisation of sales prices for different markets

**Responsibilities**:
Take control of revenue and pricing strategy for confirmed departures, including optimisation of sales prices for different markets
Handle quotes for groups or private tours
Adapt pricing dynamically through constant monitoring
Develop and approve discount strategies
Incorporate competitor pricing comparisons
Take control of tour costings, including direct and indirect costs
Report on profitability and performance vs budget
Identify opportunities to maximise margins
Responsible for cost and pricing maintenance on tour operator software
**Requirements**:
Be comfortable with large data sets and analysis thereof.
Experience in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Proven experience managing pricing strategy in the leisure industry.
Able to interpret and present findings in a structured and easily understood way
Tertiary qualification desirable
Experience with PowerBI or similar preferable
