Known for their operational excellence and people-first culture, they are continuously expanding and evolving to meet the complex demands of international logistics and mobility.The Role: Costing AnalystThis role exists to ensure internal pricing and costing systems remain accurate, competitive, and efficient. Working closely with finance and operational teams, you'll help identify cost-saving opportunities, benchmark against industry standards, and maintain reliable costing data. It's an ideal position for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in structured environments and wants to grow within a dynamic global organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesMinimum 1-2 years' experience in a cost, pricing, or data analysis roleAssist in compiling, updating, and reviewing internal pricing modelsSupport benchmarking exercises to enhance cost competitivenessIdentify and interpret cost trends using Excel and analytical toolsMaintain and ensure accuracy of costing databasesCollaborate with internal teams to meet pricing and reporting deadlinesProvide general support in process improvements related to cost efficiencyAbout You1-2 years experience in a finance, costing, or data-heavy support roleIntermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables)Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processesComfortable working with databases and learning new softwareBasic understanding of financial principles and cost structuresAn analytical mindset and a proactive approach to solving problemsExperience in logistics or freight is a plus, but not essential
