Responsible for the profitable management of the Parts-, Workshop
- and Whole Goods section of the Mechanization branch through excellent service to internal and external customers.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12/ NQF4
- Relevant tertiary qualification will serve as recommendation
- Proven knowledge of **New Holland**, **Case** and other mechanization implements and parts
- Knowledge of the agricultural mechanization industry
- 3-years proven experience within a similar role
- Proficient in the MS Office package

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Management of stock levels within the VKB framework
- Management of expenses including stock losses, day to day expenses and budgets
- Ongoing customer service through facilitating and solving of queries and complaints
- General management to ensure that all VKB policies are applied
- Personnel management
- Workshop administration and claims
- Financial management of branch
