**The lead generator must have excellent communication skills and be able to quickly establish rapport with potential clients over the phone. It is important to be knowledgeable about the product or service being offered, as well as the industry and market trends. Persistence and resilience are also essential qualities for success in this role, as rejection is expected in the field of cold calling.**
**The better and happier you sound on a call the more leads you will get I promise you that, don't pause when they ask you questions be quick on replies there buying into you and how you’re coming across.**

**Key Performance Indicator**
**1. 25 Leads weekly**
**2. 3 Connects weekly**
**3. Talk time is more than 10 hours weekly**
**4. Pause time is less than 5 hours weekly**
**5. Wrap time is less than 5 hours weekly**

**We are all at work to earn money, when we hit our targets, you will earn a commission.**
**Hourly Rate: R55/hour - with R1000 attendance bonus if in work every day**
**Commision: R200/connect**
**Hit 10 connects to unlock sales commission**
**Hit 20 connects for Double commission**
