**The Role**
Craft, implement, and enhance Pingo's enterprise risk governance framework based on the requirements of ISO 31000 as a minimum Establish and maintain a suitable risk and control ownership program within Pingo Ensure that all frameworks and programs are aligned with organizational objects and that changes follow a structured change management process Establish and maintain, with the relevant risk’s owners and Manco, suitable risk appetite and tolerance thresholds Collaborate with the Technology Solutions and Infrastructure Teams to extend the Pingo risk framework discussed above to include ISO 27001, 27002 and NIST prescribed requirements to form the IT enterprise risk management framework. Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of the framework with the operations and information technology teams Establish suitable communities of practice (COPs) surrounding topics of cyber and information security Establish suitable monitoring protocols and performance indicators surrounding both cyber and information security Notwithstanding the business continuity programs, establish, and maintain with the various teams, suitable emergency preparedness and response programs linked to the various operating environments Notwithstanding the business continuity programs, establish, and maintain with the various teams, suitable emergency preparedness and response programs linked to the various operating environments Provide training to staff on enterprise risk management tools, policies, and frameworks Stay informed about emerging threats trends, and technologies in risk management
**Other**
Degree in Risk Management / Legal or IT 8-10 years in an operational or IT risk position Preferably with a logistics / supply chain / order fulfilment sector
