You will be assisting our Accounts Payable Manager with processing accounts and payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Preparing invoices and bank deposits
- Capturing of credit notes and invoices
- Reconciliation of various accounts
- Maintenance of the filing system
- Monthly supplier reports
- Performing various finance related tasks that may be required by the Head of Finance
- Ad Hoc admin duties as required

**Experience and skills**:

- Accounting/bookkeeping qualification or relevant experience
- Admin experience
- Knowledge of Sage Evolution would be an advantage
- Sound knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides
