IT Technician Responsibilities:

- Resolution of IT Help Desk tickets.
- VoIP Phone support.
- Configure & deployment of 1:1 devices.
- Setup and install Network infrastructure. Wired and wireless.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Cisco etc.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
- Trouble shooting hardware and software issues.
- Ensure electrical standards are met.
- Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
- Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
- Travel to client’s site.

IT Technician Requirements:

- A+ Certified.
- N+ Certified.
- Good understanding of MikroTik Router Board’s.
- Good understanding of Wireless networks.
- Excellent knowledge of VoIP Systems.
- Excellent knowledge of Domains and DNS.
- Experience in Microsoft server, Exchange and Active directory.
- Min 2 years field experience.
- Excellent diagnose and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Exceptional organizing and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver.
- Be a team player.
- Own reliable transport.

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Network support: 2 years (required)
- MikroTik: 1 year (required)
