Job Resposibilities
- Plan and prepare for training and facilitation
- Facilitate learning on a face to face and online sessions
- Analyse learning needs of each learner/cohort and adapt training methods accordingly while ensuring that the learning outcomes are met.
- Use of different facilitation methods, i.e demonstration, role play, case study etc
- Make use of training aids and equiptme as i.e Flip Charts, Power Point,Data Projector etc
- Compile weekly and monthly training reports
- Assess own work in accordance with programme outcomes
- Moderate learner work from time to time
- conduct on-site communication and administrative duties where required.

Minumum Requirements
- Registered Assessor and or Moderator
- Subject Matter expertise in the relevant training programmes
- Degree or Diploma essential
- Drivers Licence with own reliable transport
- Train the trainer certification
- Experience in presenting online learning courses
- Work Independently
- Must be willing to travel to Rural Areas and Townships
- Excellent communicator to various audiances.
