**Qualifications**:
Diploma in Cost Accounting / Bcom Accounting

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 1 -3 years’ experience at a similar level
- Previous manufacturing experience a must.

**Duties**:

- To perform required duties for effective monitor Inventory Control
- Assist cost accountant to analyse information identifying abnormal variances for investigation
- To monitor, investigate and resolve negative stocks
- To provide support to management accountant in effective resolution of business unit queries relating to management reports
- To finalise month end process by performing close off procedures against deadlines
- To finalise year end process by performing close off procedures against audit deadlines
- To perform monthly reconciliations to monitor the validity of transaction
- Attending stock takes bi-monthly and monthly
- Attending maintenance spares bi-annually and sign stock sheets
- Investigating incorrect capturing of raw material codes and resolving with relevant plant managers
- Monitoring the Goods-In-Transit and resolving variances timeously
- To assist in budgeting and LOH calculations
- Assist on any costing relates ad-hoc requests
