**Job description**

Are you passionate about fashion and being part of the team that makes it all happen? **Swagg Lifestyle Brand** is seeking a dynamic and skilled **Production & Branding Coordinator** to join our team business.

**BRANDING**:
1. Receiving branding briefs from reps and customers and understanding requirements.

2. Sending logo’s to suppliers for costings.

3. Loading logo’s onto SAP- (our data system)

4. Ensuring all branded sales orders on SAP have the correct branding at the correct cost.

5. Loading purchase orders to branding suppliers.

6. Follow-up on payments for sales orders, suppliers where applicable.

7. Bagging of bulk orders to suppliers where required.

8. Scheduling production of branded orders with the branding suppliers.

9. Daily status reports of branding schedule, tracking of ETA’s and updating SAP accordingly.

10.Communication on all branding queries.

11.Schedule logistics with the driver for trips for the day, collections etc.

12. Bulk sign-off of branded goods/quality check.

**BUY-IN’S**:
1. Sourcing of product from relevant suppliers.

2. Costing and loading onto SAP.

3. Ordering, purchase orders, payments, statements.

4. Sample ordering and tracking.

5. Ensuring all samples are returned for credits where applicable.

6. Logistics of collections and returns.

7. QC check of all buy-in’s.

**SAMPLE ROOM**:
1. Daily production schedule.

2. Weekly sample room report, tracking schedule.

3. QC queries, reject report.

4. Ordering of miscellaneous trims: Thread, needles, labels.

5. Scheduling of mechanic when needed.

**LOCAL PRODUCTION**:
1. Pattern management: Keeping track of all original patterns and pattern issuing.

2. Fabric sourcing from local suppliers.

3. Filing of all swatch cards by supplier.

4. Trim development, costing, PO’s and delivery follow-ups.

5. CMT sourcing, costing and scheduling.

6. Issuing work to CMT’s (Fabric, PO’s, trims)

7. CMT recons after production.

8. QC checks and reject reports/claims.

9. Managing any outwork process: 3rd Party printers etc.

10. Scheduling driver for any collections or deliveries to CMT’s.

11. Raising of PO’s, PO amendments ect.

12. Payment requests and sending POP’s to any trim suppliers or CMT’s.

13. CMT meetings, QC checks and any ad-hoc deliveries or collections.
14. Trim Store - Records & Ordering

16. Assisting the Production Department with additional admin functions where necessary.

We are looking for a confident team player who has a strong passion for branding and local production. A forward thinker and who can give out of the box suggestions and recommendations.

Efficient time management skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
