My client is based in Kempton Park area (Witfontein). They are in the motor industry. This is a fast paced environment asking for a strong character that can work without supervision at times.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Capturing supplier invoices in Acumatica
- Loading of supplier payment daily, weekly and monthly.
- Allocating client refund payment in Salesforce
- Forwarding proof of payments to suppliers
- Capture all private deals in Acumatica and load for payment
- Monthly reports
- Capturioin towing invoices and load for payment
- Accounts Payable reconciliations
- Any other adhoc duties

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Ideally should have a relevant qualification in finance
- Acumatica or Salesforce experience would be beneficial
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle large volumes of data is essential
- 5+ years creditors experience
- Excellent Excel skill essential
- Highly motivated individual
