We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Samsung Cellphone Technician to join our team. As a Samsung Cellphone Technician, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch repair and technical support services for Samsung mobile devices. If you are passionate about mobile technology, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have a deep understanding of Samsung smartphones, we'd like to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of Samsung cellphone models, including but not limited to software issues, hardware malfunctions, and screen replacements.
- Perform software updates, data backups, and data transfers for customers.
- Ensure the highest quality of repair work, adhering to Samsung's specifications and guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and explaining repair procedures and costs.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts inventory, and customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Samsung cellphone models, technologies, and repair techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize repair processes and share knowledge.
- Keep the repair area clean and organized to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Offer guidance and assistance to less experienced technicians when needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a cellphone technician, with specific expertise in repairing Samsung mobile devices.
- Samsung Certified Repair Technician certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing software and hardware issues on Samsung phones.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and repair procedures.
- Physical ability to lift and move devices and equipment.

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
