Our client is a specialist business improvement and organisational performance consultancy, that takes pride in their ability to design customized solutions that clients can implement at all levels. They are looking for a **senior and experienced Operational Consulting Coach** to be the face of projects on the ground as well as offer **process facilitated training and performance coaching to participants. **You will have the opportunity to travel locally as well as within Africa, as and when projects require it.

**Your top priorities will be**:

- Process facilitated training
- Development needs analysis of participants
- Baseline role assessment of participants and continuous role evaluations
- Contracting discussion with participants
- One on one coaching to performance
- Maintaining and developing your own knowledge and skills in performance coaching
- Facilitate the development of coachees through the implementation of relevant interventions, tools and anchors
- Provide specific and constructive feedback to the coachees, based on observations
- Collect, record and track KPI data & evidence to demonstrate the impact of coaching and indicate the coachees' performance, competence and benefits achieved as per the required time frames
- Compilation and presentation of coaching progress feedback reports to client and internal reporting
- Maintaining effective relationships and grow trust with clients, identifying emerging themes
- Assist with onboarding of new coaches
- Facilitate Line as Coach process to ensure sustainability of the programme
- Complete the handover process with line manager
- Attend daily check-in / stand-up meetings and provide progress feedback
- Identify enhancements that can be made to the relevant products and methodologies

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Engineering, Business.
- At least 5 years' experience in a continuous improvement environment, including mentoring and coaching of employees on performance improvement.
- External consulting experience very advantageous.
