Description

We are looking for a suitably qualified, experienced coach to consult to our team on a contract basis through monthly, in-person coaching sessions with individual team members to help them:

  • Clarify and achieve their professional and career goals.
  • Build resilience, focus and accountability.
  • Strengthen communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Navigate the complex, technical environment of a modern financial services group.

Responsibilities

  • Provide structured monthly one-on-one coaching sessions in person at our office.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align coaching goals with business and team objectives.
  • Identify themes and development needs emerging from coaching and, where appropriate, suggest group workshops or interventions.

Requirements

  • Experienced professional coach.
  • Relevant coaching qualification.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse, highly qualified team.
  • Able to commit to a regular, ongoing monthly coaching schedule.
