**A VACANCY EXISTS IN THE SHE DEPARTMENT IN BERLIN FOR A SHE CO-ORDINATOR**

**Primary purpose of the job**

Implement, update, verify and maintain an effective MA Automotive Tool and Die Environmental, Safety and Health systems to comply with National and International Standards, best practises and ensure that the corporate system certification is maintained.

Environmental, Safety and Health Legislation and Certification System

Contractor Management

Crane and Forklift Inspection

Incident Management

HSE Improvement

Monthly KPI’s

Supplier Audits

Internal Audits

Unsafe Acts and Conditions

Visual presence in Plants.

**Knowledge and Skills required.**

Environmental, Health and Safety Systems

Company processes

Relevant legislation

Financial concepts

Risk Management

Leadership

Strategic and problem solving

Communication and Interpersonal

Decision making

Presentation

Sound Computer literacy & MS Office

Negotiation Skills.

**Minimum Requirements**

Tertiary qualification in Safety Management/ Environmental Law/ OHS Act/ Samtrac/ Auditors Certification

Min. 3 years’ experience in an Automotive Manufacturing Environment

Min. 3 years’ experience in Environment and Safety.
