A VACANCY EXISTS IN THE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT IN BERLIN FOR A PRODUCTION MANAGER - PRESSLINE
**Primary purpose of the job**
To manage and co-ordinate activities and functions to ensure optimal production output as per company requirements.
**Key Performance Areas**
Manage and Co-ordinate line functions and ensure that production targets are met according to quality standards and customer requirements.
Ensure adequate resources are available.
Manage performance of sub-ordinates.
Ensure that work practices comply with the company SHE procedures and work instructions.
**Knowledge required**:
Technical concepts
Production planning process
Quality specifications and systems
Consequences Management (Discipline and grievance procedure handling processes)
Understanding of budget, cost, expenditure & cost saving abilities
SAP
Computer Literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Workplace Organisation.

**Minimum requirements**:
National Diploma Production Management / Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
