Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for transforming business strategy into tangible results? We're seeking a highly skilled **Project Manager**for our client in the banking industry to take the helm of our most critical enterprise-wide projects.

**Responsibilities include**:

- **Planning & Strategy**: Develop comprehensive **project plans** that clearly specify **goals**, **strategy**, **staffing**, and **scheduling** for complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
- **Direction & Coordination**:Direct and coordinate** all project activities, ensuring seamless integration across different departments and stakeholders.
- **Risk Management**: Proactively **identify risks** and develop robust **contingency plans** to safeguard project timelines and budgets.
- **Resource Allocation**: Strategically **allocate available resources** (financial, human, and technical) to maximize efficiency and project success.
- **Strategic Alignment**: Ensure all projects are perfectly aligned with the overarching **business strategy** and objectives.

**Requirements include**

- 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Financial services industry
- Proven experience in directing and managing large-scale, enterprise-level projects.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 certification is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
- A strategic mindset focused on achieving business objectives.
