**KPIs**
- Assist CEO to develop and implement financial policy, objectives and strategies
- Assist the CEO to set and achieve rolling 3 year company growth objectives and strategies
- Assist CEO to develop monitor and review rolling 3 year capital expenditure and operational expenditure budgets to support growth strategies
- Ensure the implementation and provision of sound financial, Business Intelligence and management services to the organisation
- Ensure the provision of financial and material resources to support operational strategies
- Together with the CEO, formulate and ensure the understanding and alignment of the entire Finance Division to the companys Vision, Mission and value statement
- Provide Financial advice, leadership and direction to the organisation
- Ensure adequate vendor, service provider and other
- Attend Board meetings
- Advise on the formulation policies and procedures in line with relevant legislation and ensure implementation thereof
- Prepare Board Packs to ensure accurate reporting of company information to relevant stakeholders
- Identify risks and develop and implement policies to mitigate potential risk
- Report identified risks to relevant stakeholders and eliminated
