Director of Commercial Finance

**We are looking for a Director of Commercial Finance to join our Finance department as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.**:
Leading our **Commercial Finance function**, you will drive **comprehensive financial strategy**, oversee **Financial Planning and Analysis, business partnering, and special projects** while providing **critical financial insights** that influence key business decisions and support our growth trajectory.

You will be a **strategic partner** to the executive team, combining analytical expertise with **commercial acumen** to optimize profitability and long-term business value.

This is a **hybrid role**, you will be partnering with a diverse group of employees from our different markets and locations across the UK, Europe and Africa.

You will be reporting to the **Chief Finance Officer.**

You should have excellent **financial modeling skills** and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for executive decision-making.
