Digital Media Specialist

We are looking for a qualified Digital Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating cutting-edge content for our various media platforms, such as the web, social media, presentations, and occasional print media.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience as a graphic designer at an agency
- At least 2 year’s experience as a digital specialist in B2B environment
- Valid driver’s license
DUTIES:
Digital Media Specialist:
- The ability to provide a portfolio or project that demonstrates your best work.
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop a next-level digital strategy for integrated media campaigns.
- Conceptualising, developing, scheduling, and monitoring all digital and social media campaigns across different media platforms for the various group companies.
- Improving brand awareness on all media platforms, including digital and print.
- Maintaining, updating, and refreshing website content across all company websites, online directories, and portals.
- Developing SEO-optimised content and ensuring best practices across all digital platforms.
- Day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, and social advertising strategies across all digital platforms.
- Keeping the online media library up to date.
- Monitoring and reporting on digital marketing campaigns' impact and return on investment.
- Remaining current with the latest digital media trends and design technology available.
- Constantly raising the bar on creative ways to improve the customer experience.
- Basic budgeting skills to reconcile paid digital media placements with the available budget.
Project Management:
- Assess the needs together with the relevant stakeholders where applicable.
- Discussing the goals and needs for a specific project, designing ads to meet these goals, and placing targeted consumer ads on social media, or other digital platforms.
