Jnr Foreman

Stefanutti Stocks Western Cape is looking for an enthusiastic and specialized Junior Foreman to join our team. This position directly supervise and co-ordinate some of the activities of a Foreman or is being mentored to master all tasks and responsibilities of a Foreman.

- Record Keeping
- Setting out and surveying
- Plant and equipment oversight
- SHEQ assurance, compliance and implementation
- Housekeeping
- Staff/subcontractor supervision

**Minimum Requirements**
- Grade 12/NQF level 4 qualification
- Ideally possesses a national diploma or certificate relating to construction
- Related experience in building and civil concrete works

**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of construction processes and applicable trades
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Planning skills
- Read and interpret drawings
- Setting out and levelling
- Knowledge of materials, plant and equipment
- Knowledge of site administration systems
- Staff supervision and Basic IR
- Safety requirements and safety and health legislation
