We are looking for a motivated and experienced Cleaning Team Leader to manage our dedicated team and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and service.

As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning team. Your primary role will be to lead and motivate your team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, to a high standard, and within the agreed-upon timeframe. You will be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues that may arise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the daily duties of the cleaning team.
- Allocate tasks and schedules to team members.
- Ensure all cleaning is carried out according to company standards and health and safety regulations.
- Perform quality control checks on completed work.
- Train new team members on cleaning protocols and equipment usage.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management.
- Handle and resolve any on-site issues or client concerns.
- Prepare daily reports on team performance and tasks completed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory position is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a team and motivate staff.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- A valid driver's license would be an advantage.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends or shifts.

**Salary**: Market-Related
