My client is looking for a proactive and dependable **Maintenance Technician** to join their team in Pretoria.

This is a full-time, permanent role, perfect for someone with hands-on skills in building maintenance and repair, a can-do attitude, and a strong ability to work independently while supporting overall operations. Related experience in a similar role will be advantageous

Minimum Requirements:

- **Building Maintenance**:Experience in general maintenance and upkeep of the company’s buildings. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, or HVAC systems will be beneficial.
- **Purchasing and Supplier Relations**: Sourcing materials and tools necessary for maintenance tasks.
- **Logistics**: The role includes managing deliveries and collections.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
- **Licenses & Transportation**: A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is essential to the role.
- **Clear background check.**:

- **Physical Ability**: The role demands physical fitness, as it involves manual labor such as lifting, moving equipment, and conducting repairs.
- **Work Ethic**:A hardworking and reliable individual who is capable of multitasking and managing different maintenance needs efficiently.
- **Personality Traits**: A strong and assertive personality with the ability to negotiate and work independently, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
