Mediator

**MEDIATORS REQUIRED**

Resolve and Change Systems (RACS) is seeking highly skilled and experienced mediators to become a part of our esteemed professional panel. As a member of this panel, you will have the opportunity to be called upon and contracted by RACS to provide mediation services as and when needed.

At RACS, we are committed to promoting effective conflict resolution and facilitating positive change in various contexts. We provide comprehensive training in our unique RACS methodology to ensure that our mediators are equipped with the necessary skills and tools to deliver exceptional results. In-house training will be provided based on our RACS Methodology.

**Key requirements**

We are looking for individuals who meets some or all of the requirements below:

- A relevant bachelor's degree in a related field
- Formal training in Alternative Dispute Resolution, with a specific focus on Mediation
- A minimum of 7 years of practical experience in mediation
- Preferred experience in the following types of mediation:

- Corporate mediation experience
- Community mediation experience
- Legal mediation (Divorce, Labour, Civil etc.) experience
- Intergovernmental and multi-party mediation experience
- Experience in large group mediations
- Strong facilitation and mediation skills is a must

**Responsibilities**

Some of the key responsibilities are, but not limited to:

- Conduct mediations using the RACS methodology
- Facilitate productive communication and negotiation between parties
- Assist parties in finding mutually beneficial resolutions
- Maintain strict confidentiality and impartiality throughout the mediation process
- Prepare clear and concise mediation reports
