Our client is seeking a Shift Supervisor, to manage full logistics and warehousing function of the Durban Branch.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise 6 to 10 warehouse staff per shift.
- You will be required to discipline, motivate, communicate; train and develop staff to optimise their performance.
- Ensuring that deliveries are correct and on time; ensure that problems are resolved efficiently and customer needs, such as COA process, are met.
- Damaged or expired stock is controlled, ensure that all results are accurately recorded and that administration is up to date.
- You will be required to manage warehouse rotation, conducting cycle counts and investigating stock count results.
- Housekeeping and hygiene requirements are met: clean, tidy perimeter and neat display racks.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years’ experience in a similar role in FMCG.
- Matric.
- Relevant qualification would be preferable.

- Driver’s license.
