Experience in technical product management / technical program management / technical leadership, managing the full SDLC
- A proven track record of working with internal and/or external customers to launch products or services
- Experience with current web and service technologies and architectures
- Ability to work across multiple engineering and operational teams to build and deliver a committed roadmap
- Technical skills to understand products at a software architecture and design level
- Proven ability and experience communicating verbally and in writing across a variety of audiences, tuning the communication accordingly
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience

We are looking for a high caliber Sr. Technical Program Manager who's a self-starter and passionate about owning and driving highly visible programs with strong strategic impact as part of our Case Management product portfolio. This is a builder role that will tackle both customer experience and technical integration challenges as they enhance and bring new public service offerings to life. Besides driving the Kumo delivery, it also involves working across multiple AWS Support and Services organizations as internal customers and partners.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sophisticated projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate with senior leaders across a large enterprise
- Experience building high-performance, highly-available, scalable distributed systems
- Experience designing and building tools for global customer service or engineering organizations
- Knowledge and prior use of AWS services
- MBA and/or Masters in Computer Science or related field
