**Role Overview**:
**We are seeking a skilled and versatile Marketing, Sales, Events, and Content Manager for Office & Co and Union Station to drive the growth of our business through strategic marketing, proactive sales efforts, engaging events, and compelling content. This role requires a motivated and creative professional who excels in client engagement, delivering results, and enhancing brand visibility.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing**:

- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote office spaces, events, and company initiatives.
- Optimize digital marketing efforts using SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and web traffic.
- Analyze performance metrics to measure campaign success and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with designers and external partners to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Stay informed on market trends to create innovative campaigns that attract prospective tenants.

**Content Management**:

- Develop a robust content strategy that spans the company's website, social media platforms, and newsletters.
- Oversee the creation, proofreading, and optimization of all content to ensure alignment with audience needs and company goals.
- Perform regular content audits to maintain relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Review analytics to measure the success of content marketing initiatives and refine strategies.
- Maintain a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent and timely updates

**Sales**:

- Respond to inquiries and leads regarding office space availability and pricing.
- Conduct tours for prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of the office spaces.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a database of leads and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Meet sales targets by converting leads into signed agreements.

**Event Coordination**:

- Plan, organize, and execute networking events, open houses, and tenant appreciation events.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, catering, invitations, and event marketing.
- Engage with event attendees to showcase spaces and foster business relationships.
- Develop event feedback surveys and implement improvements for future events.
- Partner with local businesses and vendors to create mutually beneficial events

**Client Engagement & Retention**:

- Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and use feedback to improve services.
- Design seasonal campaigns and initiatives to foster loyalty among tenants.
- Provide outstanding customer service to retain existing clients and build long-term relationships.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage marketing, sales, and events simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities for event planning and marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, social media platforms).
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing leads and client relationships.
- High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or event coordination, preferably in real estate or property management.
- A track record of achieving sales targets and delivering measurable results.
- Expertise in content creation, optimization, and management.
- Knowledge of budgeting and event logistics management.
