We are a reputable CCTV company looking for an experienced and self-motivated External Sales Representative to join our team. As an External Sales Rep, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and approaching potential customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect for new business by cold-calling, networking, and other means of generating leads
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and products
- Attend trade shows and events to promote our products

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in CCTV or a related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to work on a commission-only basis
