- The Head of Insurance is accountable for the growth and profitability of the Segment Insurance portfolio by ensuring the development of competitive product and distribution strategies to optimise revenue generation. The incumbent is responsible for effective channel management and manages the underwriting risk for the business. A key output of the role is to develop and manage strategic relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of outputs. The incumbent is also responsible for managing the Insurance team.**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification - Business Management Degree or Relevant Industry Qualification
- Preferred Qualification - Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management
- Experience - Eight to ten years short-term Insurance management experience with at least three years in a multi-distribution environment
